These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 365ace app platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.
All terms governing gameplay, bonus eligibility, and payout conditions are stated clearly. 365ace app does not apply hidden clauses or retroactive rule changes without prior notice to registered players.
365ace app strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement across all markets including Bangladesh. Identity verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.

General Terms & Definitions
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and 365ace app (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any feature of the 365ace app website and associated mobile applications, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all users of the 365ace app platform, including visitors who browse without an account, registered players, and any person accessing the platform on behalf of another individual or entity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
Key Definitions

- "Account" refers to a registered user account opened by an eligible individual on the Platform.
- "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

- "Wager" refers to a bet or stake placed on any game, casino product, or sports event offered on the Platform.
- "Restricted Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by local law.

365ace app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Eligibility & Account Registration
To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on 365ace app, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
- You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 365ace app or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment partners.
- You do not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. 365ace app operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed by 365ace app for breach of these Terms.
Registration Process
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and phone number. You must create a unique username and a strong password for your Account.
365ace app reserves the right to reject any application for an Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such rejection. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
Account Obligations & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 365ace app will never ask you to share your password with any member of our team. Do not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances.
You must notify 365ace app immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, that your login credentials have been compromised, or that any transaction appearing in your Account history was not made by you. 365ace app will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your Account upon receiving such notice.
Account Accuracy
You are required to keep your Account information accurate and current at all times. This includes your email address, phone number, and residential address. If any of your registered details change, you must update your Account profile promptly. 365ace app is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information, including missed notifications regarding Account changes, security alerts, or promotional offers.
Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a serious breach of these Terms. 365ace app employs fraud detection systems that actively identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may also be voided.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on 365ace app are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The Platform accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change; current limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
Deposits
Funds deposited into your 365ace app Account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 365ace app reserves the right to request proof that the payment method used belongs to you before processing any withdrawal. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes for mobile money services such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket; bank transfers may take longer depending on the financial institution.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by the 365ace app finance team during standard business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to fund the Account where technically possible. 365ace app reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 1–24 hours of approval.
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- Accounts with outstanding KYC requirements may experience delays until verification is complete.
- 365ace app does not charge fees for standard withdrawal requests; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Currency & Exchange
All Balances, Wagers, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. 365ace app does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required on your end (e.g., if your bank account is held in a foreign currency) is your sole responsibility, and any associated costs or exchange-rate differences are borne by you.
Bonuses & Promotions
365ace app offers a range of promotional offers to eligible registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and T20 World Cup fixtures.
General Bonus Terms
- All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms which will be published alongside each offer. Players must read and accept those terms before claiming any bonus.
- Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance. Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 40x depending on the specific promotion.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any unwagered Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining in your Account after expiry will be forfeited automatically.
- 365ace app reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that such change does not adversely affect a Player's already-active bonus claim.
Bonus Abuse
365ace app takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using automated software or scripts to complete wagering requirements; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; and exploiting any platform error or miscommunication that results in an unintended bonus credit.
Where bonus abuse is identified, 365ace app reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, close the relevant Account, and report the activity to relevant fraud prevention networks.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All games available on 365ace app are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and others. Each game is governed by its own rules, paytable, and RTP (Return to Player) percentage, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.
Casino Games
Casino games on 365ace app use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios and are subject to the rules governing each specific table. 365ace app does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so — all results are determined by the software of the respective game provider.
Sports Betting
Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Pre-match bets are settled based on the final official result of the relevant event. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet was accepted by the Platform's servers.
- 365ace app reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, abandoned, or where the result is officially reversed by the governing body.
- Maximum payout limits per event and per market type apply. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface and may be updated without prior notice.
- In the event of a technical error affecting the Platform during a live betting session, 365ace app reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
- Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.
Minimum & Maximum Stakes
Minimum stake per Wager is ৳10 for most casino games and sportsbook markets. Maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and Account tier. Current limits are displayed within the game or market interface at the time of placing a Wager. 365ace app reserves the right to apply individual staking limits to specific Accounts at its discretion.
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
365ace app is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, closure, and potential legal action where applicable:
- Fraud & Collusion: Any attempt to defraud 365ace app or collude with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place Wagers, or complete bonus wagering requirements.
- Match Fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or having knowledge of any attempt to fix the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are placed via 365ace app.
- Chargeback Abuse: Filing a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any payment made to 365ace app with your bank or payment provider without first contacting 365ace app's support team to resolve the issue.
- Hacking & Exploits: Attempting to access, tamper with, or exploit any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure, including attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software vulnerabilities.
- Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 18.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward Platform staff or other Players via any communication channel.
365ace app actively monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified, all associated Accounts will be suspended immediately pending investigation. 365ace app cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and may disclose Account information where legally required to do so.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party — the Player or 365ace app — may close a Player Account. The terms and consequences of closure differ depending on the circumstances under which the Account is closed.
Closure by the Player
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 365ace app will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money Balance to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Any remaining Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure. Closure or Suspension by 365ace app
365ace app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Provision of false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
- Account inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable administrative fees, will be communicated to the registered email address before any fee is applied.
- Regulatory or legal requirement requiring 365ace app to restrict access for certain players or jurisdictions.
Effect of Closure
Upon Account closure by 365ace app for a breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 365ace app reserves the right to forfeit any Balance or winnings associated with the breach. Where no breach is confirmed, the real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
